Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be secured for one night’s guestroom and tax at the time of booking with your credit card. Reservations must be canceled 5 days before arrival to avoid a charge equal to one night’s guest room rate and applicable taxes.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to 12.5% tax. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Parking:
Discounted self-parking is $28 per day. Discounted valet parking is $38 per day.
Enhanced Stay:
The group guest room rates will apply 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference dates, based upon availability of group guest rooms, at the time of the request.
