Room Block Deadline:
The room block for the FL Water Forum closed on November 16.
Reservations:
You can make reservations outside of the room block by following the link here. You may also make them by phone through the Loews Reservations Center (866-360-7395).
Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be guaranteed with your credit card. A 5-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 5-day deadline, you will be charged a one-night room and tax penalty to the credit card on file. If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.
Additional Tax and Service Charges:
Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy. State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.
Parking:
All AIF Annual Conference participants staying at the hotel will receive a reduced self-parking rate of $15 per day, plus tax. Sapphire Falls offers valet parking for $23 per day, plus tax.
Extended Stay:
Rooms can be reserved three days prior to and three days after the Conference at the normal hotel rate.
