Block Room Rate:

$179.00 per night (single or double occupancy)
Children twelve years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.

Check-In/Out Time:

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; Check-out time is11:00 am

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:

A 1-night room deposit (including tax) is required at time of reservation. A 3-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations. If a reservation is canceled after the 3-day deadline, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable). If a reservation is reduced in length of the stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee may apply.

Additional Tax and Service Charges:

Rates are subject to 12.5% tax, based on single or double occupancy.  State and local taxes are subject to change without notice.

Resort Fee:

The resort fee, $22.00 per night plus applicable tax, will be added to the guest room rate.
The fee will cover several amenities which at this time include:  High-speed internet in guest rooms, two bottled waters replenished daily in your guest room, 24-hour access to Relache Fitness Center, private 15-minute training session in the fitness center (appointments required), scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks & Disney Springs, local and domestic long-distance calls, $10 credit towards dry cleaning services, and one bucket of range balls at nearby Celebration Golf Club.

Parking:

All Florida Water Forum participants (overnight and day-only) will receive a reduced self-parking rate of $14.30 per day plus tax.  Gaylord Palms offers valet parking for $33 per day plus tax. 

Additional Information:

The room block rate is available to Florida Water Forum registrants 3 days prior to and 3 days after the conference.
