2016 Reclaimed Water Panel

In 2014, the Legislature passed SB 560 requiring the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to review and report on the current uses of and challenges surrounding the use of reclaimed water. Although Florida is arguably a national leader in the use of reclaimed water, many opportunities still exist to utilize this water source as a critical tool, especially in areas where water supplies are stressed.

On Thursday, September 22, our line-up of expert panelists will discuss the opportunities and challenges surrounding reclaimed water for agricultural, industrial, commercial and domestic users and provide a preview of potential legislation for the 2017 Regular Session.
